You need this book. Why read reviews?

This book will satisfy your class requirements. It will kill insects. It will hurt if you drop it on your foot. It will provide roughly 12kBTU if you fail to resell it before the music sto...I mean, before a new edition comes out.
About as interesting as paint drying. You either need this book for a class, or you wouldn't even have read this review.

I am very familiar with managerial communication strategies but my degree program require I take the course. This book was informative and covers exactly what you expect in communication applications: non verbal, conflict management, etc... Easy read.
